Payment Method: A deposit/withdrawal instrument owned and controlled by you.
Chargeback: A reversal request initiated through your payment provider.

Account Registration

Eligibility & age: You must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and of legal gambling age. Ontario: 19+. RoC: the legal age in your province (18 or 19). You must not be self-excluded or prohibited.

Single account policy: One account per person, household, IP/device. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bonuses voided.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets: Bets are accepted when confirmed by our servers. Minimum/maximum stakes and eligible games appear in the game UI and may vary by user, game, and jurisdiction.
Modification/cancellation: Once placed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled by you. We may void bets for palpable error, technical fault, or regulatory reasons; voided bets are returned to the Real Money Balance.
Settlement: Results are determined by the game's rules/RNG or the official event result. In case of data feed or display errors, the underlying game outcome prevails.
Interruptions: If you disconnect after a bet is placed, the round completes on our servers; on reconnection you can view the result. If a round cannot complete due to a system failure, the bet is voided and funds returned.
Conduct: Collusion, bots/automation, advantage-play exploiting faults, chip-dumping, multi-accounting, or abusive chat (insults, threats, discrimination, spam) are prohibited and may lead to suspension, bet voiding, and fund seizure where permitted by law.
Live casino & chats: Be respectful; do not share personal data; follow dealer instructions; no promotional postings or solicitation.

Bonus Terms

Restricted play: Low-risk or hedged betting, equal/near-equal bets, "safe" strategies, or wagering on excluded games while completing requirements is prohibited.
Combining promotions: Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. Bonus funds are staked after Real Money unless stated otherwise.
Abuse & consequences: Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, using VPN/proxy to bypass geo-controls, coordinated play) may result in cancellation of bonuses, confiscation of bonus-derived winnings, and account action where lawful.

Regional Compliance Note: Ontario users see inducements only on-site or after login; off-site advertising of bonuses is not offered.

Payments & Withdrawals

Cap: Our maximum aggregate liability for any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount of the bet or the amount you paid to participate in the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, whichever is applicable, except where a higher minimum is required by law.
Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property Rights

EXPAND: Prohibit copying, reverse engineering, and unauthorized distribution.

REFLECT: All Site content, software, code, design, trademarks, and logos (including william-hill-casino-canada and related marks) are owned by or licensed to the Operator and its group (including Evoke plc affiliates). You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent. Privacy & Data Protection

Changes to Terms

REFLECT: We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will notify you via in-account notice/banner and/or email (if available). Material changes will take effect no sooner than the date specified in the notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Termination & Suspension

Courts of Ontario have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory dispute mechanisms under applicable regulations.
RoC users (outside Ontario): These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, subject to any mandatory consumer law protections of your province or territory. The courts of Malta have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your non-waivable statutory rights.
